MustrdSeed is a regulation equity crowdfunding portal for more inclusive private market investing and capital raising

MustrdSeed allows individual investors the ability to build a private equity portfolio in a diversified manner with reasonable entry investment amounts. Through MustrdSeed, underserved founders now have greater access to funding and the ability to develop and scale their businesses

As BIPOC entrepreneurship steadily increases (Black women among the fastest growing in the U.S.) a recent study by Guidiant Financial indicated that 80% of Black & Brown business owners say their number one challenge is access to capital thus hindering their opportunity for financial stability and faster growth. Meanwhile, Black & Brown buying power has continued to increase each year reaching a combined 2.9 Trillion. The conclusion is that the spending from these communities of color have not been recirculated back into BIPOC owned businesses from a consumer standpoint or from an investor standpoint. MustrdSeed’s clear objective is to drastically change that.

The Mission is to create providing an alternative for raising capital for Diverse Founders that will showcase prominent minority owned startups and early stage small businesses to viable investors, putting these startups in better position to succeed.

With 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship, Jolon Martin brings his ability to manage teams, increase profit and build brands from the ground up.

Jolon uses his experience in both the entrepreneurial space and corporate sector along with a true passion for increasing wealth opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs as the backdrop for the development of MustrdSeed.

Jolon challenges the old norms, while highlighting underserved Founders and providing an avenue for dreams to become reality” Jolon is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Crowdfunding Professionals Association, National Black MBA Association, Atlanta Tech & Development Center & The Gathering Spot.

John Wayman Henry III
COO
John Wayman has been listed as one of the most successful young professionals by Who’s Who in American, John previously worked under the administration of Treasurer Richard Dixon as Assistant to the Treasurer and Dir. of Securities. John would also create E-MERGE where he was responsible for promotional/ media campaigns, generating consumer sales and developing intellectual properties for major fortune 500 companies such as the National Football League and Microsoft.
Jacob Walhour
CFO
Jacob Walthour is an accomplished financial executive with over 30 years’ experience in capital markets , investment banking, traditional and alternative asset management. He is the founder of New Jersey’s first and largest Black asset management firm Blueprint Capital Advisors.
