Campaign Fees

Issuer Background Check – $30 per principal (Paid upfront upon campaign creation) Investor AML (Anti Money Laundering) – $2 per investor (Paid upfront upon campaign creation) Escrow Creation $500 for each new escrow open (Paid upfront upon campaign creation) Investor Funds Collection – No fee Via ACH; $25 Via Wire Transfer; $5 Via Check Investor Funds Withdrawal Request – No fee Via ACH; $25 Via Wire Transfer; $5 Via Check

Service fees will vary and are based on circumstance and may include the following:

Accounting
Auditing
Cost of preparing financial statements and offering documents
Disclosure and compliance legal fees
Corporate page design
Multimedia production
Filing fees

Platform Administration Fee = $2000 – Company equity = 2%

Campaign Success Fee Breakdown” $10,000 to $100,000 = 12% fee, $100,001 to $535,000 = 8% fee, $535,001 to $5,000,000 = 6% fee

Investor Fees

Investors will not be charged any investment fees.

2.Regulation D (RULE 506©) which are offered only to accredited investors, those offerings are made through MustrdSeed Capital LLC.
