There are two types of investment opportunities that are offered through the site:

1.Regulation (CF) Crowdfunding (JOBS Act Title III) which are offered to non-accredited and accredited investors alike. These offerings are made through MustrdSeed Portal LLC.

2.Regulation D (RULE 506©) which are offered only to accredited investors, those offerings are made through MustrdSeed Capital LLC.
